Understanding how investors and other business people value a
high-tech company is often a mystery to most, but key to raising
money and setting the expectations between investors and management
with regard to any successful business.
Mr. Sanli will
speak on the various methods for valuating a business. This should
be an essential topic for anyone seeking to build a business, invest
in one, or simply understand how such things are viewed. We
encourage people both familiar and unfamiliar with the concepts to
attend.

SPEAKER:
Nevin
Sanli is President and co-founder of Sanli Pastore & Hill, Inc. He
has valued over 1,500 businesses during his career. He specializes
in providing fairness and solvency opinions on transactions and
expert witness testimony in litigation cases involving business
valuations and lost profits. He frequently speaks on business
valuation to professional organizations. He has testified over 50
times in trial and over 200 times in deposition.
